LARRY WAS OUR GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR A LARGE PROJECT (ADDITION + RENOVATION). I CAN CONFIDENTLY SAY I DON'T NEED TO GO TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR FOR ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE. LARRY, HIS IMMEDIATE CREW, AND HIS TEAM OF SUBCONTRACTORS WERE REALLY BEYOND WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING. PROFESSIONALISM + COMMUNICATION: LARRY WAS (AND IS) ORGANIZED AND RESPONSIVE. YOU'LL GET DETAILED DOCUMENTS, SCHEDULES, AND CALLS/TEXTS BACK. WHEN THINGS NEEDED TO SHIFT (DUE TO WEATHER, INSPECTIONS, A PANDEMIC...) LARRY NEVER LET THE BALL DROP AND SAW THINGS THROUGH. FINDING SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST AND COUNT ON IS RARE IN THIS BUSINESS BUT LARRY IS THAT PERSON FOR US. QUALITY + CONSIDERATION: THE WORK IS DONE TO A HIGH STANDARD AND LOOKS AMAZING. LARRY'S TEAM OF SUBCONTRACTORS IS TOP-NOTCH AND THOROUGH, THERE WAS NO CUTTING CORNERS. YOU CAN TELL EVERYONE TAKES THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY AND WANTS TO DO IT WELL. WE GET A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS ON THE CARE AND THE QUALITY THAT'S APPARENT IN THE FINISHED PRODUCT. WORKING RELATIONSHIP: LARRY, HIS TEAM, AND THE SUBCONTRACTORS ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND A PLEASURE TO HAVE AROUND. THE PANDEMIC REALLY SWELLED IN JUST ABOUT THE MIDDLE OF OUR PROJECT, WHICH MEANS EVERYONE (INCLUDING OUR KIDS) WERE STUCK IN A HOME, UNDER RENOVATION, WITH AT TIMES UP TO 5-6 PEOPLE WORKING ON SOMETHING, DAY-IN-DAY-OUT. BUT EVERYONE WAS POLITE, NICE TO OUR KIDS AND OUR DOGS, AND JUST PUT IN THE EXTRA EFFORT TO BE CONSIDERATE ABOUT TREATING WORK AREAS WELL, CLEANING UP, ETC.. IT WAS ACTUALLY A BIT BITTERSWEET TO CLOSE OUT THE PROJECT. AS GREAT AS IT WAS TO HAVE THINGS COMPLETED, IT WAS ALSO SAD TO SAY GOODBYE TO EVERYONE! HAPPY TO SAY WE DIDN'T ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO THAT AS ALL OF OUR HOME PROJECTS GO THROUGH LARRY AND HIS TEAM (WE'VE SUBSEQUENTLY DONE BACKYARD WORK, A NEW PORCH, ETC.). SUFFICE TO SAY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOK DESIGNS AND LARRY.

Full 1st Floor Renovation, New Layout Configuration, Restoration Project.
LOK Designs (Larry O'Krogly) was our general contractor for a major renovation of our first floor and 2 smaller bathroom updates ($200k project in Princeton, NJ). Larry was very responsive, a good communicator, careful to put agreements in writing, and patient. On the couple of occasions when things weren't quite right for us, he was quick to work with us on a resolution or re-do. It was our first major project like this and we were glad to work with him and his crew. Most importantly, the results were beautiful. We are thrilled with how everything came out.

Full Home Interior Removal, New Layout Configuration, Renovation Project.
MR OKROGLY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY FULL HOME RENOVATION PROJECT IN MANVILLE FOR ME. THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH AND I WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN. THE PROJECT WAS HUGE AND STAGGERING AND HE TOOK IT ON WITH A FAIR PRICE AND WAS HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. THERE WERE SOME SMALL ISSUES OF COURSE AS WOULD BE EXPECTED IN ANY HUGE PROJECT BUT HE ADDRESSED THE ISSUES PROFESSIONALLY AND FAIRLY. A++

We have worked successfully with Larry for over a decade on variety of indoor and outdoor projects and knew he would be the first person we went to to undertake major renovation work. We had very specific ideas about what we wanted and Larry went the extra mile to find options in the budget we requested. As usual, the quote was reliable, and Larry had clearly sketched out the work process in advance. His team is punctual, courteous, efficient, and neat. We especially appreciate Larry's ethical standards and feel that we are well informed about the scope of a project before we begin.

Larry and his team did an excellent job. The project went well, and they were open to our ideas as the project progressed. If we had a question, they answered it. If we had a problem they worked with us to fix it. Our project looks great!! We would recommend them to anybody.
